The South Korean delegation included Incheon mayor, head of international relations department of Incheon city administration, and director of East Asian Strategic Institute. The high-ranking guests visited holdings and exposition of the museum. The visitors paid specific attention to the jack flag of cruiser Varyag handed over to Central Naval Museum by Incheon city museum on a temporary basis. In 2009 the flag was delivered to St. Petersburg and in Nov 2010 it was transferred to Russia for keeping.
